Context Witches

Our goal was to create an easy tool that supports new Scrum Masters to on-board and build Agile mindsets within teams by applying live learnings using hands on techniques and fun activities. Our scenario was based on a new team member who was struggling with context switching as newly certified scrum master.

We believe that many of the concepts and tools we’ve outlined would help a new leader manage context switching in a demanding environments. Our shared understanding is that people learn best through experimentation and tangible activities.
