Retreat to the sun-soaked beaches of Rhodes to re-energize your connection to coaching. You’ll partner with Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches, ICF Coaches, CSPs and other people with a passion for the calling to deepen and nurture your skillset at any experience level. The Scrum Alliance Agile Coaching Retreat is an opportunity to connect with a small, focused group of coaches of all levels in a setting that is both restorative and reinvigorating. Join us in Rhodes for three sunny days and expect to develop ideas, learn and grow, and create bonds that last a lifetime. 

Principles: Scrum Alliance Agile Coaching Retreats are developed in alignment with agile/scrum values curated to maximize your experience and network connections.​

The Scrum Alliance Agile Coaching Retreat is for anyone who wants to improve as a coach and deepen their connection to the coaching community. Experienced agile coaches will find opportunities to challenge their thinking and develop ideas. Beginners and novices will dig into advanced concepts and grow their knowledge with the support of world-class coaches. If you’re a coach and you aren’t ready to stop growing, this is the place for you.

About the Venue

Agile Coaching Retreat Greece 2023 will be held at Elissa Lifestyle Resort in Rhodes Island, Greece. Elissa Lifestyle Resort is in a stunning coastal location in bustling Rhodes, the most cosmopolitan island in the Aegean, famous for its medieval towers and the majestic walls of the old town.

The hotel is able to accommodate registrations for those who wish to extend their stay prior to or after the retreat dates (Sept. 08 – 10, 2023).

Plan Your Stay

While you are planning your flights consider that we are organising a Rhodes city tour. The tour is planned for the afternoon of the last day (Sept. 10, 2023) and the approximate cost would be around 30 euro per person. The payment will be collected in cash on the day of the tour.

The tour includes visiting the town and exploring historical sites, continuing with a stop for a breathtaking view from the Acropolis of Rhodes during sunset. We will wrap up the tour going for drinks and small bites at the picturesque patio of the medieval castle of the old city of Rhodes.

The tour is open for additional guests accompanying you.

Additional Information for Travelers

This venue is approximately 17 km or 25 minutes drive from the Rhodes International Airport, and 10 minutes from Rhodes city center. The flights to this destination tend to sell out, so don’t wait to save your space at the retreat and book your travel.
