Agile Coaching Value Proposition

Problem Statement: Lack of clarity of the role of agile coaching.

We started with the challenge that many factors have led to the watering down of the agile coach role. We go into clients and what they think they want is not in alignment with what we value. Our initial aim was to come up with a single-page value proposition so that potential leaders know what to expect when deciding to hire a agile coach. Over time our goal has grown, but we stayed with the original idea, but plan to iterate on it after the retreat. The original ask was a simple way to help leaders understand what we do, but we now realize the need for the same type of information to be changed depending on the audience.
