Sprint Planning Friday 18/10/24
The team established their name, approach, working agreement, definition of future sprint goals and decided to use Sprint 1 to conduct Brainstorming with a plan to use all sprints to develop a true working model.



Sprint 1 Saturday Morning 19/10/24
Using a combination of liberating structures 1:2:4:All, lego serious play, personal values cards and a little marco polo, TEAM ONOMATOPOEIA brainstormed concepts to establish the backlog for Sprints 2-3.










Sprint 2 Saturday Midday 19/10/2024
After lunch Team Onomatopoeia held a retro to discover what we wanted to improve on after the last sprint review by using a team building exercise and headed back into Sprint 2 Planning. Here we decided to split into 3 mini teams and tackle the topics of Individual Coaching, Team / Org Coaching & Coaching Toolkit. Leaving 30mins to come back together demo and iterate the design of each.













Sprint 3 Saturday Afternoon 19/10/2024
After stakeholder feedback during the sprint 2 review, the team pivoted to field testing the process of conducting value alignment activity and affinity grouped individual values into an agreeable set of team values. Agreed on Curiosity, Collaboration and Creativity. This led to discussions on how the team coaching conversations could be used to discuss alignment with the key steps in the team coaching journey. Further the team applied the agreed values to the values and mindset canvas and walked through real examples of how we could generate alignment of Attitudes and Behaviours on the canvas to reach agreement on the types of measured experiments to run. Due to the field test we were able to complete and update the opportunity and value proposition. The team will continue this topic into sprint 4.





Sprint 4 Sunday Morning 20/10/2024
In the final sprint the team created a refined value proposition and a team (customer) persona to demonstrate the flow of the product.
