Team Story Tellers

The Original Pitch

Team and Social Contract

Sprint 1 Review

Sprint 1 Review gave the team really valuable feedback on the 3 prototypes of our storyboards and gave the team the confidence that we were on the right track with our thinking and where to iterate.

Sprint 1 Retrospective

After an initial strong inspirational vision and ideation effort from the whole team in Sprint 1, the team found itself waining in energy and in a creative writer’s block with too many ideas. Sprint 1 Retro was highly valuable for the team to turn things around and the team went back to it’s original team values and revisit of the social contract with recommitment to having fun, “letting go”, and moving to a more inspirational location to conduct our sprints.

This proved to be the magical formula as the team quickly found a way to keep moving forward, used a decision log to set some guardrails to keep us on track with the creative direction of the design and narrative.

Sprint 2 Rapping

The more relaxed and refocused team took an alternate approach using rapping games to create rhymes (and fun for itself) and catchy phrases encompassing the agile concepts we wanted to cover. In a short period of time the team the team had already created some verses, audio recordings and quickly iterated on the ideas and flow.

With the main lyrical narrative structure now in place this also provided the clarity for the team on the next steps and what to set their sights on for the next sprint like the creation of the relevant imagery using AI that will be capture the key emotions and scenes.
